Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Easy returns on eligible items

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Have all tags and labels attached
  • Not be damaged or altered in any way
  • Be returned within the 7 days return window

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Opened hygiene products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Use the button below with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions
  3. Pack Securely: Pack the item(s) carefully in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship Back: Send the package using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We'll send you an email confirmation
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
