CraftyTrinkets stands behind the quality of our products. All products purchased from us are covered by a 30 days warranty from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers:

• Finish defects (peeling, chipping, or discoloration)

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper installation
• Damage from accidents, natural disasters, or acts of God
• Damage caused by use with incompatible products
• Products that have been modified or altered
• Damage from improper maintenance or cleaning
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
• Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim:

2. Review: Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days
3. Resolution: If approved, we'll provide:

Warranty Service Process

Once your claim is approved:

• We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label
• Pack the product securely and ship it back to us
• We'll inspect the product upon receipt
• Replacements will be shipped within 5-7 business days

Extended Warranty

Installation Warranty

This warranty applies only to the product itself. It does not cover installation costs or damage caused during installation. We recommend professional installation for all plumbing fixtures.

If you experience issues after professional installation, we may request an inspection report from your installer to process your warranty claim.

Warranty Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase from an authorized CraftyTrinkets retailer is required for all warranty claims.
